CSR SDA1 class by Auscision Models

Premium SDA1 class speaker by DCCSound

Disassembly:

1) Remove the coupler assemblies.

2) Gently splay out the lower edge of the body and lift it up and away from the chassis.

Installation:

1) Remove the 21-MTC DC socket / board if converting a DC model.

2) Correctly orientate and install the decoder. The white ESU sticker should face up once installed.

3) Remove the factory speaker by gently lifting it up off from the chassis. Disconnect both speaker plugs from the sockets on the Auscision motherboard.

4) Wire the speaker to the decoder, or to one of the Auscision plugs from the old speaker, which ever is preferred.

4) Seat the DCCSound premium speaker on the chassis and plug the speaker in if connected to the 2 pin plug. A small amount of glue or some tape will hold the speaker in place.

5) Important: Route the two speaker wires either side of the 4 pad contact area on the Auscision motherboard, which must provide clearance to the connecting 4 pins on the underside of the body when reassembled.

Reassembly:

1) Carefully refit the body, ensuring no wires are damaged during reassembly.

2) Refit the coupler assemblies.
